G20 Update #12: A Wedding of the G20 and the B20?

The global political and economic landscape is shifting. Emerging market economies increasingly assert their political weight in the international arena. The growth of the Group of 20 (G20) into a key forum of global governance is reflective of this trend.

By offering political analysis and commentary on the G20 and related processes from a civil society perspective, the Heinrich Böll Foundation not only hopes to inform public debate, but to make a contribution towards the realisation of more inclusive decision making processes within the global governance architecture.
